​For those of you who may have missed my appearance on Islam Channel Urdu, the video of the recording is posted above - I hope you enjoy it.  We covered a lot of areas on the need for mental well-being, what it means and a number of specific questions from callers.  It was great to see the movement for a greater understanding of mental well-being within the community.

I was pleased to speak at this inaugural event held at King's College London alongside some fantastic speakers from across the mental health arena.  This was a journey to help demystify mental health for young women, exploring and disentangling the deeper ends of our mental well-being.
